We are partnering with institution organization in Hong Kong. Currently, they are seeking for Deputy Project Director to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full life-cycle of the institution's real estate development portfolio, including major capital works, alterations, additions, and space management initiatives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define facility development policies, master plans, and long-term asset strategies that support the institution’s mission.
Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and technical staff in the planning, design, and execution of new construction and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Ensure high-quality planning and implementation of all building services (MEP) components and systems across the development portfolio.
Manage the entire procurement process for selecting and contracting consultants, designers, and contractors. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and oversee contractor performance to ensure accountability and successful delivery.
Promote a professional, customer-focused culture within the team, prioritizing continuous procedural improvement, staff training, and professional development.
Liaise extensively with clients, external consultants, statutory authorities, and internal teams to ensure alignment on MEP requirements and project milestones
skills & experiences required.
... - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- Member of HKIE/CIBSE/CEng will be an advantaged
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in the construction or project management of large, complex building projects, with at least 5 years focused on senior management/leadership of MEP scope.
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of all facets of MEP systems (HVAC, fire fighting, electrical distribution, plumbing, low current systems) and their integration within modern commercial, institutional, or critical infrastructure facilities.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and a good team player
- Good Command in English and Chinese
