As a Finance Automation Specialist, your primary focus will be to streamline the financial closing process:
- Collaborating with finance and actuarial teams to redesign and optimize data flows, ensuring efficient integration and real-time streaming.
- Developing and implementing automated workflows using Alteryx, Power Automate, and ETL solutions to streamline accounting processes.
- Building interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations in Power BI to support data review, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Providing technical guidance and best practices for data transformation and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, strategic data solutions.
skills & experiences required.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA) is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, specifically within the insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in data analytics and automation tools, including Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and ETL frameworks.
- Familiarity with SAP integration and a solid understanding of Life Insurance business operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and deliver actionable insights from complex datasets.
