Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of Operation Engineers, driving peak performance and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations, proactive monitoring, and maintenance of their data center facilities across Hong Kong.
Client Advisory: Conduct routine technical assessments of client data environments to deliver strategic, actionable optimization recommendations.
Technical Support: Serve as a key technical expert, providing robust pre-sales and post-sales technical advisory to enterprise clients.
SLA Delivery: Guarantee strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while consistently upholding top-tier customer commitments.
Project Management: Take charge of ad-hoc technical initiatives and infrastructure projects as needed.
skills & experiences required.
Education: Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of proven track record within the Telecom or ICT sectors, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in data center facilities management, infrastructure operations, and cabling standards.
Infrastructure Familiarity: Solid understanding of data center equipment (e.g., server racks, PDUs) and core network services (DNS, Mail, LDAP).
Certifications: Professional credentials in data center management (e.g., CDCP, CDFOM) are highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the resilience to thrive under high-pressure scenarios.
Languages: Professional fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
Shift Requirements: No shift duty is required for this position.
