- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (e.g., email, phone).
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, offering effective solutions to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in providing service and product training to customers when required.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure service excellence.
- Support the customer service team with other administrative and service-related duties as assigned.
skills & experiences required.
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; preference will be given to candidates from the e-commerce or logistics industry.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (fluency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage).
- Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, email) and confidence in learning and using different IT systems.
- A pro-active, "can-do" attitude and a collaborative team player.
