- Serves as the primary point of contact for sales and customer service inquiries from the company’s clients.
- Responsible for facilitating the sale of distributed parts and services across all customer segments.
- Engages with customers daily through phone, fax, email, electronic data interfaces, and in-person interactions.
- Informs sales management or colleagues about potential sales opportunities related to discounts and pricing with customers.
- Capable of making immediate decisions regarding sales pricing for products, as directed, even when such changes require approvals.
- Prepares and presents customer quotes, processes orders, and finalizes sales.
- Assists sales management in executing sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum of a diploma or high school degree or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service and sales of aircraft parts and related products.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both functional and technical teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade customers.
- Relevant on-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience supervising a team is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects is a plus.
