about the job.As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Performing export flight shipment manifesting matters in strict accordance with airline requirements.
- Ensuring all flight data are created accurately.
- Conducting Dangerous Goods checking, acceptance, and rejection processes (training will be provided).
- Ensuring that all export documents conform to airline requirements and company procedures.
- Ensuring export shipment handling activities are carried out in accordance with airline requirements, company procedures, applicable regulations, and service standards.
- Liaising with airline representatives on flight handling details and other special requirements.
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant experience, or Form 5 with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good command of PC knowledge (e.g., MS Office) with fast and accurate typing.
- Independent, cooperative, self-initiative, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness to perform overnight shift duties is required.
