- Manage end-to-end customer enquiries regarding international parcel tracking, transit updates, and customs clearance procedures.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for key regional B2B e-commerce accounts and cross-border sellers.
- Monitor shipment exceptions, delay alerts, and international service disruptions, proactively resolving issues with global delivery partners.
- Coordinate directly with internal warehouse personnel and logistics operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and inventory visibility via WMS.
- Investigate and process delivery claims, track-and-trace investigations, and freight rate enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer communication logs and generate routine service performance reports for management review.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service, logistics support, supply chain, or cross-border e-commerce operations.
- Practical understanding of international courier networks, air freight, or customs clearance documentation is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for daily client communication.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and hands-on familiarity with WMS or CRM platforms.
