- Provide high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels, including email and phone.
- Manage and resolve complex customer enquiries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve internal service workflows.
- Assist in delivering service and product-specific training to customers as required.
- Support the operations team with ad-hoc administrative and customer-facing duties.
skills & experiences required.
- Possess a post-secondary degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, ideally gained within the e-commerce or logistics sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is an essential requirement for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience navigating various IT systems.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
