- Assuming overall responsibility for the daily management and financial performance (P&L) of the Business Units.
- Managing and meeting all annual budget targets and financial KPIs.
- Leading the business development team to execute growth strategies and market entry for new products.
- Guiding the operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and maximum productivity.
- Implementing effective cost-control measures to optimize business margins.
- Inculcating a transparent, nurturing business culture that promotes team spirit and professional growth.
- Enforcing strict compliance with all corporate policies, legal regulations, and internal directives.
skills & experiences required.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional management experience within the logistics or professional services sector.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the Asia market is highly advantageous.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial reporting and analytical decision-making.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience in managing significant organisational change.
- Exceptional communication skills with excellent written and spoken English fluency.
- A solid understanding of technology integration and business process optimization is highly regarded.
