*The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Corporate transactions, including Corporate Commercial, ECM, and M&A, as a paralegal. They will be proactive, helpful, and able to work equally well under pressure and within a team.
skills & experiences required.
*1-3 years of experience in ECM, Corporate Finance and ECM
*basic knowledge of Corporate paralegal work, including: assisting with due diligence exercises, preparing and organising documentation for closings and filings, maintaining and updating corporate records, assisting with KYC/AML compliance procedures and documentation
*readiness and willingness to assist with ad-hoc tasks, as required
*Equal fluency in English and Chinese
*Fresh graduates with excellent academics may be considered
