In this versatile role, you will be responsible for safeguarding and elevating the bank’s reputation across all touchpoints. Your goal is to position the bank as a pioneer in the digital finance space through strategic storytelling and proactive community engagement.
External Communications: Draft high-impact press releases, executive speeches, and media presentations.
Media Relations: Act as a key point of contact for journalists; pitch innovation stories and manage incoming inquiries.
Crisis & Issues Management: Monitor social sentiments and public forums; develop rapid-response "lines-to-take" during sensitive situations.
Event Orchestration: Lead the planning of media launches, CSR initiatives, and internal townhalls.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and drive a "can-do" culture among employees.
skills & experiences required.
A University Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
4 to 8 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications (Candidates from Agencies are highly encouraged to apply).
Prior experience within Financial Services or Fintech is a significant advantage.
Exceptional writing skills in English and Chinese.
A proactive, "results-oriented" mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
