You will play a critical role in crafting and executing integrated communication strategies that drive employee engagement and align with business priorities. You will act as a trusted partner, storyteller, and connector, leveraging your strong writing and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful corporate communications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategic and compelling content such as newsletters, corporate messages, presentations, and speaking notes, tailored for the APAC audience.
- Planning and managing communications for key internal events, including All-Hands meetings, regional town halls, and business kick-offs, working closely with the internal events and experiences team.
- Supporting integrated corporate narrative and storytelling initiatives in the region.
- Preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, tools, and channels while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contributing to broader corporate communications initiatives to support the success of the global function.
skills & experiences required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–7+ years of professional experience in corporate or internal communications.
- Key Competencies:
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across a variety of content types, including technical and change communications.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration and team-working skills.
- Experience working with global or regional teams is an asset.
- Additional Skills:
- Graphic and web design skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., Poppulo) is a bonus.
