... Deal Structuring & Analysis: Utilize your CPA background to lead credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment for large corporate borrowers (MNCs & Blue Chips).
Client Coverage: Partner with Senior Bankers to manage a portfolio of high-value wholesale clients, participating actively in client meetings and deal negotiations.
Portfolio Management: Independently handle analytical tasks including client profiling, market segmentation, and identifying industry trends to spot new business opportunities.
Strategic Projects: Act as a key liaison for business management projects, facilitating alignment between HQ policies and local regulatory frameworks (HKMA).
skills & experience required.
min 3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm (Audit, Deal Advisory, or Transaction Services) is essential.
- Degree holder or above in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related disciplines with a good academic background.
Qualified CPA (or equivalent) is highly preferred; you must understand financial statements inside and out.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential for cross-border coverage.
