Main/Primary Duties:
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute data-driven content strategies across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Brand Guardianship: Maintain a consistent, authoritative, yet exciting brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
Content Ecosystem: Manage the full lifecycle of content, including strategic calendars, email marketing campaigns, and website copy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Speakers and Sponsors teams to highlight key stakeholders through strategic content initiatives.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to the Marketing Lead.
Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay at the forefront of trends within the Web3, AI, and FinTech landscapes.

3-5 years of content experience, preferably within the tech or startup space.
Exceptional Writing: You are a master of short-form copy (social) and long-form narratives (blogs/emails).
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track engagement and lead generation.
High Ownership: A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Savvy: Knowledge of cryptocurrency, Web3, or the AI industry is highly preferred.
Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage complex content calendars and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
