Oversee the administration of systemic therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, while proactively managing side effects and treatment complications.
Act as a primary point of support for patients and their families, communicating complex diagnoses and treatment options with empathy and clarity.
Stay abreast of the latest oncology research and clinical trials, integrating emerging best practices and innovative protocols into the clinic’s service offerings.
job requirements:
Holder of a Medical Degree recognized by the Medical Council of Hong Kong (MCHK).
Currently registered in the Specialist Register of the Medical Council of Hong Kong in the specialty of Medical Oncology or Clinical Oncology.
Fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (FHKAM) and the Hong Kong College of Physicians (FHKCP) or the Hong Kong College of Radiologists (FHKCR).
Demonstrated experience in a specialist or consultant capacity, with a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape (both public and private sectors).
Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with patients and the multidisciplinary team; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
