Optimise the use of doctor consultation rooms and fulfil daily clinical staffing requirements.

Monitor regulatory affairs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to company and external regulations.

Deliver high-quality nursing care and provide essential clinical support to patients.

Cultivate positive patient relationships and effectively resolve any patient complaints.

Coordinate comprehensive patient services, including appointments, diagnostic tests, hospital admissions, and insurance claims processing.

Collaborate on and deliver training programs to clinical staff, focusing on customer service and professional expertise.

Oversee the procurement process and maintain optimal inventory levels of clinic equipment and medical supplies.

Drive continuous improvements to the patient journey, aligning with the company's vision and values.

Undertake various ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by management.

Education: Hold a Degree or Higher Diploma in a health care-related field or a relevant subject.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in clinic management, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory-level position.

Certification (Advantageous): An Enrolled Nurse (EN) qualification is preferred.

Languages: Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (specifically Cantonese and Mandarin).

Key Skills: Demonstrated strong abilities in supervision, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and general communication.
