- Manage all client correspondence such as scanning, retention, and mailing and respond to or distribute internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of client requests
- Proactively collaborate with different teams to resolve complex client matters and support the review process by identifying exceptions for escalation
- Communicate with clients through outbound calls and email to address their needs and enquiries
- Support general administrative duties, including providing backup coverage for the front desk
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- With at least 3 years relevant experience in client service in financial institutions
- Passionate with client service, a good team player with excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese for both written and verbal communication
- SFC Type 1 and Type 4 License holder is preferable
- Immediately Available is preferred
