This is an elite, high-stakes internal task force dedicated to the end-to-end launch of the organisation's new business. The team sits at the intersection of product innovation, corporate affairs, and community engagement. You will be joining a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the opportunity to make a significant impact in the future of Hong Kong's sport & entertainment scene.
The Role
As the Chief Marketing Officer for this business unit, you will be the architect of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product launch and partnerships, with the primary mission is to capture significant portion of the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Launch Lead: Develop and execute the comprehensive GTM strategy for a 2026 launch
Market Transformation: Design sophisticated acquisition strategies to acquire users through superior product value and brand trust.
Ecosystem Integration: Create marketing funnels that cater to diverse segments, including dedicated sports enthusiasts and existing customers looking to expand their portfolio.
High-Impact Activation: Drive brand visibility through "best-in-class" physical and digital activation that build genuine community engagement & excitement.
Stakeholder Synergy: Lead cross-functional alignment between Corporate Affairs, Marketing and various other teams to ensure a balanced and high-impact launch.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven Launch Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience with a track record of successfully launching complex B2C products or services within the Hong Kong market.
Industry Versatility: While a background in the Sports industry is an advantage, we highly value leaders from Retail, FMCG or large scale consumer industries who understand high-frequency consumer behaviour and regulated environments.
Hong Kong Market Mastery: Deep cultural and commercial knowledge of the HK landscape is non-negotiable; you must understand local consumer nuances and ecosystems.
Community & Brand Builders: Experience in building "communities" rather than just "customer lists" is highly desirable.
Commercial Acumen: Ability to manage significant budgets and influence a market valued in the tens of billions.
Agile Mindset: The ability to move from high-level strategy to "hands-on" execution in a high-pressure, confidential project environment.
