Role Overview:
You will take full ownership of our Marine Cargo book, balancing technical underwriting precision with strategic P&L management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of Marine Cargo risks, ensuring profitable GWP growth and disciplined underwriting.
- Act as a lead ambassador to key intermediaries, fostering long-term partnerships that drive new business.
- Utilize sophisticated data tools and pricing models to assess complex risks and outpace market trends.
- Maintain impeccable standards in line with industry regulations and internal best practices.
Key requirements:
- University Degree in any disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in Marine underwriting
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Good relationship/ interpersonal skills.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strong local market and industry knowledge with international experience.
