With a focus on innovative engineering and decarbonization, we are now seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team in Hong Kong and Macau to help drive the energy transition in the region.

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the energy engineering field. You will act as a bridge between market intelligence and technical execution, identifying growth opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, technological advancements, and market needs to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through networking, industry conferences, and digital platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring our solutions are tailored to their specific engineering needs.
Proposal Development: Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to prepare high-level business proposals and presentations.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in tracking leads, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations and marketing teams to align business strategies and enhance service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor BD metrics and analyze performance to provide actionable insights for improvement.
Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with key stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy (relevant internship experience is highly welcomed).
A genuine passion for the energy industry, specifically regarding sustainability, renewables, and the energy transition.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and professional presentations.
Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, a professional client-oriented approach, and an analytical mindset.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a advantage.
