Market Expansion: Proactively identify and secure new project opportunities in the facade and signage sector.
Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, architects, and main contractors.
Networking: Leverage your existing industry contacts to gain early access to project tenders and commercial leads.
Strategic Growth: Act as a "hunter" to drive change and increase market share through outgoing and presentable representation of our brand.
End-to-End Sales: Lead the sales cycle from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
skills & experiences required.
5–8 years of solid experience in business development or sales within the Construction, Facade, or Signage industries.
Must have a proven existing network of decision-makers among Hong Kong developers or main contractors.
Highly sales-driven, outgoing, and proactive. We are looking for a candidate who is "presentalbe" and comfortable in high-level meetings.
A "drive for change" mindset—someone who can improve our market approach and find new ways to win business.
An engineering academic background is not mandatory; your commercial track record and industry connections are our priority.
