As a Business Development Manager, you are the strategic architect behind the firm’s growth in the Corporate space. You won't just be managing spreadsheets; you’ll be a high-level consultant to senior partners, helping them navigate complex market dynamics to win marquee mandates.
Primary Duties include:
Strategic Growth: Design and execute localized BD strategies that translate global firm goals into actionable wins for the Asia M&A practice.
Pitch Mastery: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value credentials and pitches, ensuring our value proposition is irresistible.
Key Account Management: Deepen relationships with "Blue Chip" clients, identifying whitespace opportunities before the competition does.
Thought Leadership: Collaborate with the content team to launch multi-channel campaigns, webinars, and award-winning directory submissions (Chambers/Legal 500).
CRM Excellence: Utilize Salesforce as a strategic tool to track pipelines, analyze win/loss ratios, and drive data-led decision-making.
Leadership: Act as a beacon of excellence for junior BD coordinators, coaching them on the nuances of professional services marketing.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Law.
Experience: At least 6–8 years of BD/Marketing experience within Professional Services (Law, Big 4 Accounting, or Management Consulting is a must).
M&A Fluency: A natural curiosity for the Corporate/M&A landscape; you should be comfortable speaking the language of deal-makers.
Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
