• A local F&B restaurant chain is seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) Manager for their new brand team

about the job.

• Spearhead all leasing activities for a relaunching brand, encompassing new lettings, renewals, budget preparation, tenancy liaison, and comprehensive administrative support.
• Drive the full cycle of site acquisition, from sourcing and securing new locations to managing lease renewals for existing stores, including all ongoing administrative tasks.
• Conduct thorough site analysis, feasibility studies, and financial assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead market research and analysis efforts, overseeing the preparation of detailed leasing reports.
• Contribute to achieving company objectives and fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with landlords, property developers, and real estate agents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial leasing
• Demonstrable experience in independently managing new store openings within Hong Kong is highly preferred.
• An extensive and established network within the Hong Kong commercial real estate landscape; international experience will be considered an asset.
• In-depth understanding of current Hong Kong market dynamics, supported by proven local market connections.
