You will join a proactive and highly-talented Marketing & Business Development team based in Hong Kong. This group acts as a central hub, covering all Asia offices and practice groups. You will work alongside BD Coordinators, Associate Directors, and specialized events and digital teams to raise the firm's profile through integrated campaigns and strategic client initiatives.

As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-impact pitches and the management of the firm’s regional reputation. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Pitch & Proposal Management: Preparing tailored responses to RFPs and ensuring all pitch content is accurate and compelling.
- Database & Content Maintenance: Managing pitch trackers, deal databases, and updating marketing materials across digital platforms and social media.
- Directory Submissions: Coordinating with legal directories like Chambers and Legal 500 to gather information and track strict timelines.
- Client Strategy: Assisting with relationship mapping, client targeting, and supporting logistics for client-facing events.
- Collaborative Projects: Supporting cross-practice initiatives and building strong internal relationships with lawyers across various offices.
skills & experiences required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of BD experience, ideally within a law firm, professional services, or financial services environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and VBA.
- Communication: Exceptional corporate writing skills and verbal communication; native Mandarin is highly preferred, and translation skills are a bonus.
