about the job.

Assist the Application Manager in delivering frontline support for SAP, POS, e-commerce, and peripheral retail systems.
Contact IT vendors to obtain quotations, process purchase orders (POs), and verify vendor invoices.
Collaborate and co-ordinate with local IT teams across the APAC region to meet ongoing operational and store needs.
Monitor and prepare actual expense reports while cross-checking real-time expenditure against allocated IT budgets.
Assist with day-to-day application maintenance and continuous service improvements for boutique IT infrastructure.

skills & experiences required.

Practical exposure or hands-on experience supporting SAP and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Well-organised with experience handling procurement paperwork, purchase orders, or departmental budgeting.
Fluent English communication skills are required; proficiency in Cantonese is considered an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
