We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team. This role will be instrumental in driving the implementation of new AI-driven SaaS products. You will be at the forefront of enhancing our capabilities in key commercial areas.
Your primary focus will be on understanding complex business needs within Promotion & Pricing, Space (Planogram), and Range (Assortment), translating these into clear requirements, and ensuring that technological solutions effectively address critical business challenges and opportunities. You will champion best practices in business analysis to drive impactful change and tangible improvements in our commercial operations.

- Analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and business rules from stakeholders within the business and from external vendors.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and system configuration requirements, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and technical solution design.
- Lead and manage project workstreams related to data integration, system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training for new systems.
- Develop, manage, and oversee data integration and mapping processes from various source systems to the new SaaS platforms, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and quality.
- Partner with technical teams and vendors throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to system configuration and ensuring it meets defined business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and manage communication effectively with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Support change management initiatives by contributing to the development of training materials, delivering training to end-users, and providing post-implementation support to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Manage specific project workstreams related to business analysis and system deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the functional aspects of the implemented commercial systems and their impact on business operations.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience in data integration, data mapping, and working with complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of commercial data and/or merchandising planning processes within the retail industry.
- A significant advantage will be given to candidates with prior system implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Promotion/Pricing optimization, Planogram solutions, or Assortment planning tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
