Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Management (APAC), you will support a number of brand initiatives. Specifically, this role will be responsible for helping execute campaigns and foundational marketing strategies to introduce the brand to guests in APAC. You will partner cross-functionally and with markets on implementation of plans and be a member of a small but mighty dream team of marketers bringing these exciting initiatives to life.

As the Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for the foundational work of executing regional campaigns and marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Regional Campaign Support: You will support Senior Brand Managers in the development and execution of regional campaigns, from strategy and brief building to coordination and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: You will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal teams including Product (buyers/merchants), Paid Media, Social Media, communication, Events and Community, and Retail Brand Experience to ensure integrated campaign launches.
- Insights gathering, Research and reporting: A crucial part of your role will be gathering and analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies. You will be responsible for populating campaign recaps with both qualitative and quantitative data, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform and apply future learnings
- Campaign Operations: You will partner with the Brand & Creative Operations teams to build out and manage campaign timelines, ensuring all key milestones in the Go-to-Market (GTM) process are delivered on time through tools like playbooks and toolkits.

A university degree in business, marketing, or communications.
2-4 years of experience in brand marketing. Experience managing regional campaigns or marketing initiatives in the APAC region is highly valued. Candidates with an integrated marketing background from either in-house or agency settings are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of APAC market trends and consumer insights.

- Proficiency as an organized multi-tasker with skills in Microsoft Office.
