Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand professionally, sharing our story, commitment to quality, and unique tea characteristics.
Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere and provide personalized service. Host in-store tea tastings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our teas' origins, brewing methods, and flavors.
Retail Operations: Assist with daily tasks like maintaining a clean store, restocking, and managing transactions.
Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer trends, product performance, and sales to management.
Skills & Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or promotions, preferably in luxury goods, gourmet food, or specialty beverages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for high-quality products and genuine interest in tea.
Proactive, "can-do" attitude with a strong sales focus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Highly reliable, punctual, and responsible.
