Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including the origin, brewing methods, and flavor profiles of our various teas. Stay informed about new products and promotions.
Retail Operations: Assist with day-to-day retail operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking shelves, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
Reporting: Provide regular feedback on customer trends, product performance, and sales results to the management team.
Previous experience in a retail sales or promotional role, preferably within the luxury goods, gourmet food, or specialty beverage industry.
