Perform general bank teller duties efficiently to ensure smooth branch operations.
Handle daily over-the-counter transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account enquiries.
Address and resolve customer enquiries professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Identify and report any suspicious counter transactions in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide essential administrative support to ensure the department functions effectively.
Execute ad-hoc operational tasks and assignments as required by management.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
6 to 12 months of experience or prior knowledge of counter transactions or customer service is highly advantageous, though motivated fresh graduates are welcome.
Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Must be proficient in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
