3-5 years of experience in FICC, preferably with a focus on banking book or long-term portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of fixed-income products, including government bonds, corporate bonds, and structured products.
Excellent quantitative, analytical, and credit analysis skills.
Experience with risk management systems and an understanding of regulatory capital requirements.
Ability to think strategically and manage long-term portfolio goals.
