You will work closely with the finance and settlement teams to ensure seamless capital flow. Manage daily cash flow and liquidity positions to ensure sufficient funding for all business activities.
Monitor and maintain capital ratios in accordance with SFC FRR and internal risk limits.
Execute money market transactions, including repos and interbank placements, to manage surplus liquidity.
Assist in the management of bank relationships and the negotiation of credit facilities.
Support the preparation of treasury reports and liquidity stress testing for senior management.
Collaborate with the settlement and finance teams to reconcile daily fund movements and optimise working capital.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or liquidity management within a securities firm or bank.
Solid understanding of SFC FRR requirements and Hong Kong regulatory frameworks.
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving trading environment.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory for internal and external communication.
