They work with Buying partners to analyze product trends and sales patterns , monitoring the business daily to maximize sales and mitigate risk. about the job.- Learn beginning-to-end planning and take on additional responsibilities with the goal of independently owning category plans.
- Create and manage sales and inventory projections for key in-stock items.
- Support the planning team with analysis and involvement in category plans.
- Support the Planning Director with analysis across the APAC region.
- Analyze current performance to revise in-season sales/profit plans and control inventory levels.
- Provide reporting and analysis (e.g., hindsighting) to facilitate the achievement of business goals.
- Holds a degree, preferably in business or commerce, with 2-3 years of proven data analysis experience and regional APAC exposure.
- Expert-level knowledge of Excel is required , along with previous experience in merchandise and planning systems.
- Possesses exceptional, detail-oriented analytical skills with a strong ability to translate merchandise vision into viable plans.
- A self-directed, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver who is responsible, dependable, and mature with sound judgment.
