In this pivotal leadership role, you will report to the Regional Head of Marketing and be responsible for elevating the brand’s voice across the B2B landscape. Your primary objective is to design and execute integrated communications strategies that drive thought leadership and support business development.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the annual marketing and communications roadmap for the Corporate Banking and Professional Services divisions.
- Thought Leadership: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex financial data and market trends into compelling whitepapers, articles, and keynote content.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic advisor to senior business heads, ensuring marketing initiatives align with commercial revenue goals.
- Digital Integration: Oversee LinkedIn strategy, webinars, and targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns to nurture institutional client leads.
- Budget Oversight: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI on sponsorship and event participation.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a sophisticated understanding of the B2B professional services ecosystem.
- Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years in Marketing Communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within Corporate Banking, Financial Services, or Professional Services (Legal/Consulting).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; an MBA is highly regarded.
- Communication: Cantonese will be the main language of communications, while exceptional command of English is required to navigate in this global bank; ability to articulate complex financial concepts to a C-suite audience. Mandarin fluency is an advantage.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns that impact the bottom line.
