The individual will be responsible in leading the communications team to develop and execute strategic communication plans to drive the awareness and the reputation of the Institution. This position is mainly responsible in copywriting, content development for various channels and platforms.

Formulate, develop and execute corporate communications strategies across different online and offline platforms, to deliver the Organization's vision and strategic direction
Collaboration with cross-functional team to ensure communication strategies are impactful and aligned with Organization's direction and objectives
Develop the contents of online and offline reading materials/collaterals such as publications, brochures, event materials, announcements, (e)newsletters, website etc. to show the organization's background, vision and social impact
Responsible in developing speech and messages for senior management for external and internal communications
Supervise and manage the communications team providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure a productive and collaborate work environment to achieve the organization's objectives

skills & experiences required.

Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related discipline
Minimum 10-12 years experience in corporate communications
Experience in a (semi) government, education institute and/or conglomerate environment would be preferred
Experience in leading a team is a must
Strong leadership skills, communications and strong interpersonal skills
Strong in copywriting skills, experience in content development (offline and online) and speeches for senior management
Strong team player, relationship-oriented and detail minded
Results driven, strong project management skills and creative
Ability to communicate in verbal and written in both English and Chinese
