This is a new headcount due to business expansion. Reporting to the team lead, you will join a dynamic, cross-functional regional team that acts as a strategic bridge between global brand leadership and local market execution.

- Develop regional brand strategies and long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with global objectives.
- Oversee product performance and identify opportunities for line extensions or portfolio optimization.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from concept and technical feasibility to packaging design and market launch.
- Lead design projects focused on functionality and sustainability to enhance consumer experience.
- Conduct research and analyze consumer insights to validate the business potential of new concepts.
- Bridge the gap between regional commercial teams, global R&D, and production for flawless execution.
skills & experiences required.
... - Bachelor's degree holder or above
3+ years in marketing experience in FMCG/consumer product industry, preferably focusing in product development, innovation (NPD)
Proven experience of the end-to-end NPD process, including packaging design and large-scale rollouts.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn consumer data into actionable product growth.
Professional fluency in English,Mandarin, Cantonese; additional regional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel regionally to support manufacturing sites and local market teams.
Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager title.
