About the Company
Our client is a well known corporation in delivering high-quality services in facility management, operations, and maintenance across various sectors, including public and private entities. To help cope with their business needs, they are now looking for an (Assistant) Technical Services Manager to join and grow with them.
About the Role
As an (Assistant) Technical Services Manager, you will be overseeing 24/7 MEP operations and compliance for a high tier data center. Your role includes supervising O&M teams and subcontractors, leading incident response and reporting, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. You will promote safety and efficiency while facilitating communication among stakeholders, managing asset logs, and implementing sustainability initiatives. Additionally, you will identify systemic issues, develop long-term solutions for operational reliability, and assist in budgeting and procurement processes, etc.
... About the Requirement
- Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experiences in mission critical facilities; candidates with prior experience working in data centers will be highly desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
