The individual will be responsible in end-to-end program management including program analysis to ensure continuous effective program development reaching the many different objectives for the general public. Depending on the project scale and sector focus, the individual will also be engaged with external stakeholders (government bodies, C-levels, executives) to drive the program's development.

Collaboration with senior management team in developing, managing and executing the education and/or healthcare programmes on both a local and overseas scale
Evaluate programs through reporting and analysis to ensure positive social impact return and to ensure continuous improvements on future & upcoming programs
Communication and engagement (via seminars, events) with relevant external stakeholders (senior/executives, government bodies, C-levels) to advocate the programs towards the general public to maximize and ensure positive social impact
Research on sector trends and public policies to ensure programs are tailored to achieve public and program objectives and drive strategic impact
Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and project objective alignments
Manage and execute strategic research and consultancy projects and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant sector, education and/or public healthcare or philanthropy topics
Experience working on projects contributing to the society resulting in positive social impact
Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
Experience in communicating and collaborating with C-levels and/or senior executives
Strong time management and ability to work under tight timelines
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Managers
