- Assist relationship managers in implementing client services, onboarding new clients and compiling new account opening documents;
- Support relationship managers for building and maintaining relationships with clients;
- Provide client support and handle clients’ requests and trading instructions;
- Handle pre-trade client suitability assessments and post-trade documentations;
- Assist relationship managers in providing investment market updates and presentation materials for prospective investors and existing clients;
- Obtain prices quotation from multiple platforms;
- Execute trades on multiple asset classes;
- Assist relationship managers to conduct ongoing portfolio monitoring;
- Assist relationship managers to address any legal, compliance and risk issues;
- Provide general secretarial and administration support, maintain and update client transaction records and reports;
- Support on middle office;
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects.
job requirements.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales support, trade execution and investment research
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Sound capital market, investment and products knowledge;
- Familiar with trade flow from front to back office;
- Proactive learning with team work, can-do attitudes;
- Proven organization skills with strong attention to details;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- 10. SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 licenses or HKMA licenses;
- Other types of SFC licenses are an advantage.
