We are currently representing a leading consultancy with stable project pipelines in the region. They project manage various high-profile/ iconic projects in Hong Kong to deliver excellent client services experiences on their quality project management solutions. With continuous and new project planning & development, they are looking for a Assistant Project Manager to look after their on-going A&A/ enhancement for workplace/ office prokects.
About the Role
As Assistant Project Manager, directly reporting to the Project Director, you will manage full project development cycle from early stage, master planning, design and construction. You will be leading other project team members and liaising closely with external consultancies to ensure project(s) is/are delivered on time, cost, and quality standard. You will be closely working and liaising with government authorities to address any issues arising from projects internally and externally.
Requirement
- Around 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences in project management role, with prior experiences working in full cycle A&A projects, ideally with office / workplace portfolios experiences
- Good leadership skills and good communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Bachelor degree holder in engineering/ quantity surveying/ surveying/ interior design or equivalent
