- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and specifications.
- Manage the full procurement life-cycle, including sourcing, pre-qualification, tendering, negotiation, and contracting.
- Negotiate contracts and financial terms with suppliers.
- Assess risk and identify cost-saving opportunities by conducting business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Support the company’s vendor risk framework as needed.
- Ensure all procurement activities are transparent, fair, and efficient, and provide value for money.
skills & experiences required.
- Attained Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration is preferred
- > 5 years of experience in sourcing and category management
- High language proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Experienced in using P2P or other procurement tools
- In-depth understanding of legal requirements for tendering and contract management is a plus
