Reporting into the Principal, the successful individual will be leading a team of highly qualified teaching staff, collaborating closely with with academic and non-academic staffs on developing the school's curriculum and the professional development of staffs to ensure a worldwide learning and teaching environment.

• Responsible in leading the development and alignment of the curriculum to ensure teaching staffs are delivering curriculum to students at a high quality level
• Promote child growth through positive education initiatives and teaching methodologies
• Mentor and develop teaching staffs through coaching and professional development; Provide pedagogical leadership through teacher training
• Oversee the daily operations of the school with the Principal to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for students
• Responsible in addressing any issues from different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive & safe environment
• Utilize data to drive data-decision making on the development of the schools on academic and non-academic matters
• Responsible for the short to long term of teaching staffs and succession planning including the recruitment and on-boarding of high-quality teachers

skills & experiences required.

• Degree holder in Education, preferably in Primary Education
• Registered Teaching license in Hong Kong
• Minimum 10 years teaching experience, preferably a combination of Hong Kong and international experiences
• Experience in teaching and managing an international school environment
• Experience in leading a faculty/team
• Experience in school accreditation process
• Relationship oriented collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership (adaptable to different individuals) and communication skills
• Strong time and project management skills
