As an Assistant Public Relations Officer, your mission is to support the end-to-end communication strategy for world-class events.
- Content Excellence: Assist in copywriting and proofreading high-level marketing brochures, executive speeches, media statements, and press releases.
- Media & Advertising: Support advertising planning, media buying, and the production of creative advertisements.
- Collateral Production: Oversee the print and production of event materials including flyers, show previews, posters, catalogues, and post-show reports.
- Digital Outreach: Coordinate electronic communications such as e-newsflashes, e-cards, and digital flyers.
- Onsite Media Management: Provide comprehensive onsite media support during exhibitions and international shows.
- Operational Support: Handle administrative duties to ensure seamless team operations and project delivery
skills & experiences required.
- Native English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this role, with exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- University degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
- Entry-level experience in Public Relations Marketing Communications, Copywriting, or Journalism
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Willingness to travel overseas for international event support.
