Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to make claims processing faster and more efficient, including overseeing system upgrades.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for customer service, complaints, and agency teams to resolve difficult inquiries.
Team Leadership: Supervise staff performance, provide technical training, and create development plans for team growth.
Quality Control: Maintain and update internal claims manuals and guidelines to ensure the team stays compliant and consistent.

Key requirements:
Education: University degree; FLMI qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years in Claims, including 1+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of claims procedures and strong problem-solving abilities.
