Drive Strategic Expansion, including sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring new sites for the company's brands.
Manage all leasing activities, including new lettings, renewals, budget planning, administration, and being the primary tenancy liaison.
Collaborate with teams to formulate and execute real estate expansion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and real estate agents.
Achieve company goals and establish a high-performance team.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Min. 5-7 year of relevant experience in leasing preferably within chain stores.
- Candidates with business development / leasing / property management background.
- Strong in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong network in the commercial real estate field in Hong Kong.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Leasing Manager.
