Independently manage a portfolio of complex and high-value property, engineering, and construction claims from inception to resolution.
Conduct thorough investigation and forensic analysis of claims, including reviewing contracts, project documents, and technical reports to determine coverage, liability, and quantum.
Negotiate settlements, striving for cost-effective and equitable claim resolutions within designated authority limits.
Ensure all claims handling activities comply with company standards, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
Provide expert guidance to project teams and management on contract management, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution best practices.
Serve as a primary point of contact for insured clients and broker partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and communication on complex claims matters.

Key requirements:

University Degree in any disciplines
Minimum of 10 years of experience in property and construction claims handling, preferably within an insurance, loss adjusting, or construction consulting environment.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
