- assist the regional merchandising team in implementing seasonal strategies to meet financial and inventory objectives across multiple sales platforms.
- manage order processing, pricing updates, SKU setup, and reporting related to inbound inventory and product distribution.
- help oversee the regional assortment plan, including adjustments to timelines, promotional themes, and business updates.
- work closely with internal teams (supply chain, creative, digital, and logistics) to gather insights that inform product and merchandising choices.
- provide administrative and analytical support, including research, reporting, and special initiatives as required.
- bachelor’s degree (business, retail, or related field preferred)
- prior experience in retail buying, merchandising, or inventory management is a plus
- excellent sense of style and color trends; athletically minded
- excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- entrepreneurship – a willingness to learn and make decisions and take calculated risks
- focus on creating an extraordinary guest experience, organizational and time management skills
- strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
