Core Responsibilities
- Lead system design and enhancements for life insurance products based on user requirements.
- Ensure smooth system development and manage system maintenance.
- Manage IT projects, coordinating between users and IT teams.
- Conduct UAT, provide training, and offer daily operational support.
- Design and implement new product initiatives and operational designs with the marketing team.
- Monitor market trends for IT solutions and business growth recommendations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation and budget.
Qualifications / Experience
- 5+ years in system development and project management; university degree in computer-related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management, particularly in life insurance.
- Proficient in user and vendor coordination, with experience in web/mobile applications.
- Practical experience in RESTful APIs and DevOps with containers.
- Knowledge of Vue/Angular; MS .NET or Java development is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, quick learning, and communication skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua.
