Document business requirements and manage projects to ensure IT and project teams can deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements for processes, applications, and analytics, then translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct business impact analysis, evaluate and design technical solutions, and assist with change management

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
Minimum 6 years of experience in business information system analysis and IT project management
Strong technical knowledge of case management, business process, web-based, and document management systems, as well as data analytics platforms
Experience in project and quality management with solid understanding of methodologies like PMP and Agile, and standards such as ISO.
Experience with programming languages like Java and Python is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
