- Architect, build, and optimize full-stack web architectures (front-end, back-end, and database layers) focusing on security, latency, and scalability.
- Formulate and manage automated CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI and Jenkins, embedding unit tests, security scans, and seamless multi-environment deployments.
- Partner closely with cross-functional data science and machine learning specialists to seamlessly embed advanced algorithms into client-facing platforms.
- Integrate generative AI capabilities into standard web applications to uplift and revolutionise the overall user experience.
- Diagnose systemic bugs or processing bottlenecks, recommending and implementing modern structural upgrades.
- Provide clear architectural documentation and participate in sprint planning sessions to offer accurate timeline projections.
- Maintain active knowledge of breaking trends across both web development and autonomous AI agents.
skills & experience required.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of dedicated professional web development experience.
- Strong front-end proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript alongside frameworks like React or Angular.
- Solid back-end development capabilities utilizing Node.js and Python.
- Demonstrated history of embedding GenAI models into production, with familiarity in orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
- Practical familiarity with cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure), DevOps engineering practices, and Kubernetes container management.
- Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to complex system troubleshooting.
- Outstanding communication skills; prior exposure to international teams or the financial services sector is highly advantageous.
