Conduct essential analysis and due diligence, including performing internal approval procedures, carrying out industry and market research, building comparable valuation models, and analyzing shareholding structures.
Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch books, and other materials for client meetings and transaction marketing.
Act as a key point of contact during deal execution, liaising effectively with syndicate banks, sales teams, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
Contribute actively to business development efforts by participating in client pitches, monitoring market trends, and generating new ideas for the team.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior team members.

At least one year of direct experience in an equity capital markets (ECM) or related investment banking role.

Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
